PNR Warnings
A large amount of time is spent within a Travel Agency checking multiple GDS Queues for issues within Bookings that need to be dealt with. Every interaction with the booking requires manual work to figure out why the booking is appearing on that particular Queue, and what action needs to be taken.
At Agentivity we're able to identify what issues exist within each Booking. We group these issues into warning types such as missing APIS or CTCx details as two examples, and we provide the detail behind the warning in an easy to access and easy to read view.
Taking this a step further, we've worked together with Navitas Solutions to introduce this feature into the Point of Sale product, NavAgent. This already offered travel consultants guidance on problematic segments needing action and airline demands for ticketing, and adding the ‘PNR Warnings’ section was the next logical step in the “what to work on next , without having to work through a GDS queue to figure that out” mission.
