FAQs

How quickly can I get set up?

In most cases, you can get set up on the same day - it varies based on which GDS and other booking providers you use, but we do all the work for you and will provide you with everything you need to send to your booking providers.

What changes do I have to make to start using Agentivity?

None! We know how difficult it is to impose a change in workflow and we’ve taken care of that challenge by working directly with the GDS and other providers through direct API connections. You don’t have to impose any change on your team in order to start working with Agentivity.

Do you offer a trial?

It is difficult to offer you a trial without costs being incurred. However, we don’t lock you into long-term agreements (see below) so if even after seeing the power of Agentivity applied to your own data you still don’t think you can apply it within your business, you can simply cancel.

Am I locked into a long term agreement with Agentivity?

No. We are very confident you’ll love Agentivity and will find it provides you with an instant return on your investment. For this reason we don’t lock you into long-term agreements at all. In most cases the maximum notice period is 3 months but we’re happy to adjust this if you require.

What training do you provide?

We provide not only initial training but also regular on-going sessions with your staff, including when you have a change of staff and need fresh updates on Agentivity. We also provide training on any new feature we introduce. We have a dedicated customer success manager to take care of this specifically.

I have a feature request - do I pay to have that done?

It depends on if the feature is applicable to only your agency, or if others will also benefit from it. If it’s the latter, we happily add the feature free of charge. If it’s very bespoke to your agency, we will discuss a reasonable development fee with you.

I have access to developers - can I use Agentivity as a data source?

Absolutely! We have a flexible, open-source API available as part of your package with us, and we would be more than happy to help you get started on using it to power your own solutions or integrate the data we’ve normalised and enhanced for you into your own processes.

How safe is my data with Agentivity?

We take data security very seriously and we use a very secure and safe location within the EU to host the data we process for you. We do not store payment card information at all and we can mask specific personally identifiable information at your request. A regular test on our data security is carried out and we welcome more detailed questions from you about our policies and processes around this. Our information security policy is available here.
